No response from claims advisor and such bad service received

Since 11 November 2022 - still waiting for Discovery Insure. Good day I have signed acceptance of loss form last week but still waiting for payment. I have mailed my claims advisor and his colleague but am receiving no response. Please the companies and suppliers are closing end of this week. I need to get the roof repaired and security installed ASAP. Kindly assist. Called Discovery yesterday to be told claims advisor did not receive mails - was given a different email address from what was stated on acceptance of loss form.??? The excuses are just getting weaker. Please just make payment so that I can move forward with my life
