No Response for Insurer
Hi logged a claim for a Cell Phone theft on Monday, They phoned me with the Claim No: 871435, Since Monday nobody else phoned me in regards with my claim, On Tuesday I phoned, and the person I spoke to just rep**** he will tell the claim administrator to phone me. Nothing Happened. This is not the first claim with Discovery, and their main problem is communication, they don't respond to their clients request.
