No Response Feedback On Claim

Promises made to provide feedback, but no response, until I query, Then to say sorry will get back to you tomorrow. Attitude from claim agents is not customer focused, and can never get hold of them on numbers provided. Perhaps Discovery should just stick to what they know best, ie Discovery Medical, as there Insurance offering service is pathetic.
