No response Dont care Attitude

Email sent to the Internal Disputes department on the 10/01/2023 , This Department does not have the decency to confirm receipt of an email. Called Discovery on the 12/01/2023 was transferred to the incorrect department. I requested a contact number for Disputes ( as per the advisor ) there is no contact number as they only deals with emails. Requested an email from the advisor with their name and confirmation as to what was discussed on the call, Still nothing - Promise not kept This is unacceptable after being a claim free customer over the last 4 years.
