No response Discovery Insure

I have recently signed onto car insurance with Discovery insure With their intitial check they wanted to reduce my cover from 100 points to 50 points because of a broken rearview mirror and a damaged fender. Currently I am having this fixed at Renew-it. My request from Discovery as to how to get full cover again has not been answered. On top of this the drive link to the car and their card has been a battle to bring about. I have has about 4 visits to Tiger Wheel and Tyre to try and sort this out. It seems that looking at my profile on the Discovery Wedpage the links have not been made. I had left Bruma Tider Wheel and Tyre believing they had been made. My emails to Discovery insure have not been answered. Ongoing since July
