No response!!

I have sent three emails and I am extremely dissatisfied with Discovery's service as I still have not received any feedback from Discovery Insure. You call at the worst times and only one time. That is why I've been struggling to get hold of someone. This amount subtracted from my accounting again this month after trying to cancel it for 3 months. That makes 2 payments while I don't even have the vehicle. I sold the vehicle. I informed Discovery three times already that I sold my car and I'm not going to keep paying for something I don't own . This is utterly unprofessional. No feedback . Just "sorry we missed you" I will never recommend this insurance to anyone!
