No Response, Bad Service

<p>Good day</p> <p>We have taken up the Discovery Insure insurance, May this year, at the time of the call with a person by the name of Pakiso from Blue Mercury FS, at the time of the call he told me that i would get a 60% cash back on my Feul since i took out the home and car insurance with Discovery Insure, month after month this is not the case.</p> <p>Every month i have been sending him e-mails but there is no reply, when i call the office he is never there.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have asked for the phone recordings of the calls but still there is no reply.</p> <p>I want to have a reason why the cash back is at this level.</p> <p> </p> <p>i would also like a reply from Pakiso as to why he has not rep**** to any of my mails.</p> <p> </p>
