No response/action to be done for 2 weeks

My car's window was damaged last Monday, sent complaint to hellopeter last Friday, get called from different people and different company for this week but still no action has done. My car is still sit in my house for almost 2 weeks now and I would like to ask Discovery, when is my car going to be fixed. Because of this, I can't go to work, is Discovery going to pay my salary that I missed out?! Seriously, no one cared! I strongly recommend people out there do not use Discovery for your motor insurance because they only want your money not customer service. (claim number: 892669)
