No response

I don't have problems with Discovery in general. But, earlier this year, my shower pipes leaked and damaged my wall and floor. Discovery sent their contractors to make an assessment and supposedly fixed my issue. About a month ago Ive reported the same issue.. wall damage and floor damage. I've contacted the lady at Discovery, but she just said they can't help. Contacted then the previous gentleman, he sent the contractors for assessment, which was done, but even after weeks of asking for feedback, no response. Ita been 3 weeks of asking, but I'm being ignored.
