No Response

I received an email on 3 Feb 2021 from Natalie Koltzow offering to generate a comparison quote on my Short term Insurance. She requested information that I mailed. I did not receive any feedback to my mail and followed up on 15 Feb 2021. To date no response to my mail. I find the service very disappointing.
