No responce on complaint

Over and above the endless issues I have had with Discovery Insure since inception of my policy, my latest issue is that when I advised them of the fact that Proline Panelbeaters have removed my aerial without my permission and never returned it, I have had no response from them whatsoever. Maybe they think the problem will go away by itself if they ignore it. My 4 year old twin boys do exactly that.
