No resolve since December 2023

Discovery third haven't contacted me nor helped me since December 2023 with my claim insurance and I have been waiting for compensation regarding my car because their client hit my car

Please do with urgency because Mathapelo and Gretchen's team they don't respond at all and I am always the one chasing after them while it's their client who caused an accident on my car

And let I remind you, your company did an assessment on the car already but still no response from Mathapelo's team and they said they will compensate for damages but still nothing

I will continue writing paragraphs until you guys resolve the matter
