NO REPLY ON EMAIL

I sent Discovery Insure an email on 31 October, enquiring about the coverage of a specific item in my policy. Up to 09 November, I did not receive any response back from them. So I sent them a follow-up email, stating that I am still waiting for them to reply to me. Today is the 24th of November and I STILL did not receive any response from them.
