No Reply

I wanted to cancel my insurance with Discovery Insure and I've sent an e-mail to them on the 23rd of November 2015. I received a confirmation e-mail that they've received my e-mail and one of their agents will get back to me. Well it is the 4th of February 2016 already and no one got back to me! I've sent another e-mail again on the 3rd of February and it has been more than 24 hours since I've sent it and still no one called or e-mailed me back. Funny story is that when I wanted to join and sent the \call me back\" through to them, they phoned me within 5 minutes, now it looks like I'm going to wait 5 months! I would really appreciate it if someone could respond to me."
