No replacement, been waiting 7 weeks

Been waiting nearly two months to receive my voucher for a watch replacement. Each time I speak to someone new, and get told I’ll have it by end of business that day. Very quick to take your money but when you need your replacement it’s an issue? Absolutely nonsense!
