No payment of benefits

Discovery Insure is *************. They do not keep their word that they will pay out benefits when they say they will. I have been waiting since January for my Young Adult Benefit. I have lodged a query in the middle of February and was told that it will be paid at the end of the month. However, it is the second week of March and I am still waiting with no explanation as to why?

If they are taking so long to pay a benefit, how long are they going to take when I claim?
