No longer cancelling

I was all set to cancel me just-gotten vehicle insurance with Discovery Insure as I was not satisfied with the information on the policy documents vs what the sales agent had informed me.

I was referred to the cancellations department and I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Kastello Govender. I appreciate the honesty with which he engaged with me. I know the department's sole responsibility in client retention and I suppose a lot of effort is put in to ensure that these guys do just that. Kastello did just that and then some. As a client, I want my insurance company to be completely truthful about what it can and cannot offer me that way I will know that I am making a genuinely informed decision. The third party broker was concerned about getting a sale, but at the end of the day the relationship forged is between me and the insurance company, so it is important that a true representation be given by all parties involved.

I thank Kastello for taking almost an hour chatting with me and explaining the little important details that the sales person failed to mention. Keep up the good service, sir.
