No interest in delivering a service to be proud of

I had a claim with Discovery insurance almost 3 weeks ago. Have not received 1 email or phone call from the person handling my claim. After many calls to various consultant's, I've been informed that I did not disclose previous accidents handled by previous insurance company, which I know is not the case. So I've been driving around for a year, paying my premium every month, but without any cover. So I've been driving around for 3 weeks with my damaged vehicle, and a year without knowing i actually dont have any cover. No communication from Discovery. I have yet to challenge the refusal to process my claim. Absolute pis poor service i will warn many people about.
