NO INTEGRITY AND DO NOT KEEP TO THEIR WORD,

The 1 Oct ITS 3 Months since my initial claim with no assistance DISCOVERY. I've asked on numerous times for a manager to give me a call yet the agent Olifile keeps calling.After being told a manager would call me and give me feedback!!!Discovery you really have no integrity and do not keep to your worD. Olifile was suppose to call me back Friday before COB once again not knowing what his doing!!!!
