No Help, Strong arming me to use their providers. No TP department,no managers, no Complaints dep.

Its currently 15/12/2017 at 2.30 pm and there is no Managers available, no Third party available and no complaints department!!! HOW DOES DISCOVERY WORK??

I have been quoted R 8000 to get my wifes car fixed when the quotations i have received is at least double that.Net assess has said that I have to send through a quotation through discovery for the to reassess my assessment but Discover refuse to do so because they say i must use their service providers and the balance will be sorted out.

I want to use who I want to and I want my car to be not be assessed on their service providers fees because I dont want to use their providers. I am being strong armed and blatantly told that they wont do anything or help and will pay out based on what has been assessed.

So how is it that Net assess use a company I got a quote from that is R 22000 roughly but they only quoting me R 8000? When I tell them how is it that this company that is part of their group can quote me so high... The excuse is that I am private!!

Why would companies do that when they know private people dont have R 22000 doing nothing in their account, they would give private quotations at a cheaper price!

Anyway Net assess said that they will reassess if they get the quotation I have but now Discovery dont want to do this and Net assess wont accept my quotation if it doesnt come from Discovery.... SO my hand are tied because they dont want to help and are forcing now to take the R 8000....
