No follow up,no care,slow to non existent service

On Wednesday late afternoon I logged a claim and was assigned with someone by the name of Jackie who would handle my claim.my claim is building related,and my premises is now under threat of anyone with malicious intent. It is now Friday 5pm and not ONE agent has called me. I've called in total about 4 times and every time I called I just received a sms saying someone will come and assess, but NO DETAILS of WHO. after a call today a contractor called to arrange to come assess by 3pm. Still no contractor,STILL no agent from discovery to check up on whether someone has been out and it's now past 5pm .This is blatantly pathetic service and unacceptable from such a "well renowned company " and I will be considering taking my money elsewhere
