No follow up even after hellopeter complaint

It's been a week since my last complaint on Hellopeter and still I am yet to complete a quote.<br> Shocking service to say the least.<br> After my initial complaint regarding advisor not following up and completing my quote, I had 2 miss call directly after each other. I guess it was Discovery, since no message was left or no follow up call made.<br> I was in a meeting at the time, but could not call back since you left no message or contact number.<br> And you did not even make a second attempt to call me back.<br> This after I advised that I would like to move my completer profile (Motor, content, building and life cover) to Discovery.<br> It seems that Discovery is not keen on new business.<br> Maybe it is for the best, because if this is the service at the start, I don't want to know what it will be like at claims stage.<br> You can reverse the ITC check on my name because clearly it served no purpose as I never received a quote a promised.<br> Shocking that one should go through this much trouble to get a quote.
