No feedback regarding a claim

I have never been so frustrated with a claim, Caroline and Leezaan have been so disappointing with handling of my motor car claim. No feedback whatsoever from them, they don't respond to emails. When I call I'm made to hold for 30 minutes only for my call to get dropped. 3 weeks later still don't know whether the insurance will pay out or not.
