No feedback or response.

I am very disappointed with Discovery Insure. I had my vehicle repaired by Hofbro Auto in Booysens in September 2017. The vehicle was not repaired according to my satisfaction and i informed Discovery Insure about the matter at the beginning of October 2017. Before i reported this to Discovery we had taken the vehicle back to the panelbeaters x3 times, taking up our time and inconveniencing us. On all 3 occasions they did absolutely nothing. Since then we've been getting no assistance from Discovery Insurance to fix the problem. Every time we phone they promise to get back to us, but they never do, we have to keep phoning. We even spoke to a manager, but still nothing is being done. I can't believe they claim to be the best, yet they can't even provide feedback or response. I've been with various insurance providers and this is the first one where i've experienced the most terrible service. Discovery Insurance is a f****, i am so unhappy with your service delivery.
