No feedback on incident cost recovery
2014-03-11 accident claim 156637 registered, other driver acknowledged fault<br> 2014-05-28 to 2014-06-05 vehicle repaired, excess paid<br> 2014-06-05 19:11 requested that repair costs be recovered from other driver and excess be refunded<br> 2014-06-09 14:13 informed that reference *** was logged and the issue passed on to Claims<br> Received no communication in this period<br> 2015-01-26 19:25 follow up with email<br> 2015-01-27 13:45 received ref *** but no further communication
