No feedback on Force Selling

I received a call from a discovery sales agent stating I should move my home and car insurance over to discovery seeing that all my other products are with them (medical aid, life insurance, vitality etc) I was quoted a higher price however on the call I was guaranteed a 400 return based on account my current account behavior and my existing portfolio I have with Discovery. However upon querying why I received R40.00 back instead of R400.00 I was told the agent I dealt with no longer works there (Probably fired for all her misleading sale tactics) . I then requested to cancel this policy and was transferred to Dineo in the retentions department, who mentioned I should allow her 48 hours to retrieve the call and she will get back to me. That was last week Wednesday. Its almost an entire week and I have still not received a call from anyone at Discovery. The service received put me in a worst off situation keeping in mind my account is still being debited on time ever since I took the policy out.
