No feedback on claim

Put in a 3rd party claim, assessment was done on the 11th of October. I have spoken to the consultant multiple times afterwards and have since found out that the assessment was done on the incorrect headlight. I submitted quote on correct light and was promised by consultant that he would get back to me.

I have not received any correspondence from him since my assessment was done, and he has made many promises since 14th of October to get back to me, but still has not.
