NO FEEDBACK ON CLAIM

On The 8 of January We had water damage to our house and lost some of our house holds goods due to water damage ,1 they promise to sent someone the same weekend to look at the fridge and freezer NO ONE CAME .All my food spoiled .I have sent all the document on the 27 January 2016 and call like 20 time, I talk to Boitumelo and the she went on leave ,Then talk to Toko and resend all documents to him and photos,Then Toko is always busy and then speak to Pumla that promise me to call me back and never did,After many call and holding on for +-7-10 Minutes ,Pumla said its refer to the manager and then the manager went on leave as well and ,know someone else is in charge and they have to resend the documents to him.This is horrible service ,I am without a fridge for more then 3 weeks and had to replace large amount of food that spoiled.<br> <br> <br> Please can we have feedback on this claim<br> Kind Regards<br> <br> L+F DeBruin<br> <br> ***<br> <br>
