No feedback on building claim

Dear Caroline<br> <br> We have authorized your building claim at *** Hill, Lethabong, Gauteng for your loss on 05 July 2015. <br> <br> This is the first and last correspondence I have received from Kevin, I phone at least 1x per week, have spoken to Terrence, etc no luck<br> <br> I explained that the door was fixed to get my car out but was not repaired 100% I have re submitted a quote but have had no feedback<br> <br> resent my mail, retold the story - <br> <br> hopefully someone will be able to sort it out<br>
