No feedback no care

Initial complaint logged the 2 August, still no solution, Olifile the call centers agents manager was suppose to call me back and still no phone call. I asked to use BMW ARAC in Montana to be used to fix my vehicle I'm still waiting with no response, I asked when will the person that bumped my car be contacted or feedback still no feedback ,like really Discovery A R1900 premium and pathetic service like this I have no words.!!!!
