No feedback EVER!!!!!

I can never get through to Discovery when phoning them. They don't reply on emails and when they finally do it is so half written it impossible to understand what the consultant is saying! I'm so frustrated it is not even funny!

Again now after holding for 6 minutes I get cut off!!!!!! No surprise! Why must I enter my ID and claim number every time if I'm not going to speak to anyone?????

Phone again now and my claims handler answered and before I could say hello I got cut off AGAIN!

We submitted a claim for our Xbox - Discovery sent a service provider to collect - They collected the Xbox, 2 x remote controls and 2 x memory cards. They replaced the Xbox with ONE remote control.

How is this putting us in the same position as before the loss?

Why must I send picture of what they collected of you sent the person to collect and why must I send pictures of what I received if you replaced it without even discussing it with the client?

I really want to cancel this policy now because of the BAD BAD BAD service!!!!

Good day,

How is it betterment if I have it back but can not use it?

My husband bought it all together and now even with the old one that cant work with the new Xbox we are not in the same position as before?

Yesterday evening the consultant confirmed that you will reimburse us for the second remote as well so I will be taking this matter to the Ombudsman. I'm not in the same position as before and this is not treating a customer fairly.

This is definitely not betterment. I also work in al claims department and perfectly understand the term betterment.

If we bought this whole set form someone secondhand, the Xbox with two controls to work with it then it is my property and how it was bought the first time is totally irelevant.

Can you confirm that the old control will work with the new Xbox? If so then it is a different story but if not this is not betterment.
