Lucas made promises to come back and let me know what is happening about a further enquiry I had about my water damage claim. That was two days ago and i am still waiting. I left a message for his boss ( Ganyane Metsing - no sure if this is correct ) to please phone me then ..... still no response . Its not fun waiting for service when one is paying big money to insure your possessions and property .
