No feedback
My claims process right now is still not finalised. I have sent numerous queries through which go unanswered. Still no repairs and its a month since the storm that damaged. Everything is being done in drips and drabs. I asked for consolidated feedback so I could track claims but to no avail. I sent pics and queries - no feedback. The building was approved based on what??? I don't know who is doing these repairs.
