no feedback

i was contacted by Miway for a random quotation which actually turned out a lot cheaper than my current discovery policy. i contacted the discovery call centre and advised them to cancel my policy effective 28 Feb. I was then asked why and i told them about the Miway quote and i was told to forward it through (ref number ***). I have received no feedback and when i called in to check up on the ref they told me ill be contacted once they get around to my mail. I dont know wether or not my policy has actually been cancelled or what is going on
