No feed back from consultants

<p>I logged a claim in December and im still awaiting feedback from the Consultant Tshepo Mohlate , i left 3 messages with others for him to call back and even tried waiting but the caNnot wait to the whole day for someone at discovery to pick up the phone. I even tried to log another request online but then the page doesnt load fully! Can some one look into claim ********** and CALL ME BACK SO I CAN GET MY CAR REPAIRED?!</p>
