No Customer Support - Panelbeaters & Assessors run the business

Contact Discovery numerous times regarding the shoddy workmanship by they approved VW Panelbeater, nobody return calls. They always need to follow-up with the assessor. It was finally agreed vehicle will be repaired by panelbeater & rental car to be supp**** by them. Enquire with Panelbeater & they said vehicle will not be provided, knowing that this is my only means of transport. Phoned Discovery Insurance holding on for 25 mins (22Nov2017 14:25) to discuss with Line Manager still no luck.
