No Customer Service

I laid a 3rd party claim against Discovery Insure over a month and a half ago and the efficiency of the staff is non existent. I have called in several times with no help, they can't advise where they are in the process of my claim, they are too laid back and there is no sense of urgency or customer service. They never call back or keep you informed.
