No customer care

I have an approved claim with discovery (***) which has not been fulfilled by their contractor, who ignores my inquiries. Discovery agent Namhla Mpalulo does not answer her emails and, when telephoned, does not call back as promised.

Complaints to Discovery website get automated responses but no promised follow up from their "dedicated agent". I have a collection of theses automated reference numbers.

What miserable lack of service.
