No communication or service
My son was in an accident on the 10th of June. A lady drove into him standing at a red traffic light. My car is still not fixed and needless to say no one answers the phone or returns calls. it is almost 2 months later and we still waiting for a response.

31 Jul 2024, 09:27I received a response from Discovery. An assessment was done through pictures after I sent 2 quotes from registered Panelbeaters. Discovery wants to pay me in cash +/- R12000 less than the 2 quotes that I submitted. I refuse to take on any expense for something that was not my fault.
I am deeply disgruntled by this and have endeavoured to move my life policy as well as medical aid from discovery.
