No communication no resolved query.

I lodged a claim with Discovery on the 9th and was advised an assessor will come, assessor called only to find out they booked someone in Durban. I sent the agent responsible countless emails asking for feedback and notifying them about the assessor. Todate I haven’t heard anything from Discovery just silence.

I also had an issue with my premium being increased twice in December and again in January I called the last person I spoke to said they will escalate my matter and the manager will call me that was early March till today they haven’t call still deducting more than they supposed to.

It is quite sad coz I was really advocating for Discovery and I have numerous products with them which is something I am reconsidering at this point.
