No communication no feedback ....very slow processes

How long does Discovery take to finalise a 3rd party claim . Do they even consider the inconveniences caused to the 3rd party when their client cause an accident . Since February 14 when their client hit my car in the freeway from the back and her car overturned....I was given feed back where they said the claim has been fowarded to the writer 2 months ago.. A month later I followed up with the writer and was told that they are waiting for consent from their client and confirmation of merits...it's almost a month now again while I'm still waiting for feedback....no communication ...nothing ....does that confirmation and consent from their client really needs a month or more . Does Discovery even consider the inconveniences caused to me as a third part . My Car is still parked ...3 months down the line post accident ...with no means of transport ....Discovery is not serious . I'm very stressed
