No communication from Discovery Insure

>on 17 Sep 2019, I got a list of handled claims. One of them was a windshield chip repair to value of R3904.25 (done by PG glass Bonearo Park). I only noticed the amounts on the email much later.. >on 13 Dec 2019 Sent a mail to discovery insure to query this excessive amount. "It might be a bit late to query this but please advise what work was logged on claim ***. I did not know repairing a windshield chip was so expensive. It was done by PG Glass in Bonearo Park and the chip is still very visible. " I got no reply apart from automatic email confirmation.

Still no communication from discovery insure. It seems the service providers can charge whatever they want, the issue is that I get charged higher premiums eventually.
