No communication and no help

They do not communicate at all. I tried calling and nobody seem to care. The last response I received was that “ an offer was presented to me and rejected the offer “ NO OFFER WAS PRESENTED TO ME. If I was given an offer I would not be here complaining. Clearly there is something wrong in their communication Channels. I asked them to send me the offer’ they are saying I rejected and no one is responding. Is there some sort of *******ion going on in there??. I wonder..
