No communication

After my 1st claim was authorized I was told by the panel beater who is repairing my vehicle that discovery has authorized second hand parts to be fitted on my BMW meaning a second hand bumper and headlight! I am not happy at all as discovery did not mention this to me and I don't pay R1600 a month to get told second hand parts are going to be fitted to my car! I have sent and email to the person who is handling my claim and I have not received a response yet either
