No Claims letter

I have been requesting (via my broker) a no claims letter from Discovery Insure for two full days now. The letter just needs to state Name ( ), ID no…. has been insured with Discovery Insure from ().

Claims history is as follow: 1. 2.

No third parties were involved.

The letter needs to be accurate unlike the policy schedule they issued last week. I mean, they have systems, why is this so difficult? It's not like I'm asking them to locate Thabo Bester.

Xinix has been trying to get the letter for two full days. What was the delay? I'm not going to call no call center when I have a broker, that you so professionally ignore. Sies!

Why can't you send one letter with my ID number?
You cancelled the policy because I reversed a debit order that was for 2 cars, I only found out that you had cancelled the policy when I called asking for bank details.
Is what you've sent me a normal no claim letter that you send to all your clients, or you did this based on my review above?

Page 10 of the policy states that "Your policy premium will be billed on your next payment date for the next cover period. In the event that your policy is in a gap-in-cover status for 3 consecutive months, your policy will lapse." How can my policy lapse when i cancelled one debit order and called to ask for bank details????

2.5 Please note that should you cancel the mandate to debit, such cancellation will not automatically cancel the Policy. You can change to a different payment option or choose to cancel the policy.

But my policy was cancelled????
