No Cash back for more than 8 months

I’m really disappointed with Discovery Insure and my brother Sugen. I have since logged a call regarding vitality drive points which I haven’t been receiving for over 8 months already. I’ve raised this with my broker, still no feedback even after a follow up with him. I’ve logged a call with Kwena Golekgole on 17:08 12/07/2023. Up to now no one has contacted me. Their explanation of why I haven’t been receiving cash back doesn’t make sense. I’m just lazy to type the whole story here. Hopefully someone will see this and contact me otherwise I will start shopping around for car insurance, household and medical aid.
