No call back option???????

I called multiple times requesting a call back. One would expect that a call back is a basic feature offered by all insurance agencies. I was told that I would be called back and I did not receive a response. I called in again and was told by another agent that she can not call me back due to high call volumes. Absolutely ridiculous service!
