No call back as promised

In January I called Discovery advising them that I would like to move my insurance as I am unhappy with the service at my current insurance company.<br> Simphiwe was quick and efficient to assist me with the quote.<br> I advised him that I would like to finalize the matter as soon as possible.<br> He left a message advising that he would call me the following morning to finalize the sale.<br> It has now been a month and still no call from Simphiwe.<br> I also submitted a query on Discovery's website on 20/02/2015 (***) and received a reply that a dedicated agent would contact me.<br> I am yet to receive a call from Discovery.<br> This is disappointing as poor service was the reason I wanted to move my insurance to Discovery.
