No answers

I have been with Discovery insurance for over 5 year's. They have been treating me very well. They have paid out any claim lodged and still do. The only problem I have with them is that they do not follow up on the place they use to have my vehicle repaired. I have sent numerous emails to discovery complaints regarding the place they chose to have my vehicle repaired. I have no feedback whatsoever. My bakkie has been in and out of the panel beaters for nearly4 months now. After countless phone calls and emails, still no luck and reaction from Discovery insurance.
