Nightmare Services

ZERO customer service, I'm claiming on behalf of a 3rd party, phoned 3 times this morning, my line gets cut each and every time, there is no follow up on anything, no messages, no information of your claim, whatsoever, you as a client guess and wonder, when to actually, make contact, after several days and weeks pass. This is the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with, absolutely no quality in customer services.
